Anjelica Huston asked Irish voters to support marriage equality last night
AS YOU MAY have noticed, there is currently a big drive taking place to get Irish people registered to vote in time for the marriage equality referendum due to take place in 2015.
Over the weekend, Colin Farrell penned a heartfelt letter asking Irish voters to support marriage equality and now Anjelica Huston has lent her support to the campaign.
Yes, the Anjelica Huston.
Last night, the actress tweeted this photo of herself urging Irish people to register to vote and support marriage equality. Quite a coup for marriage equality, if you ask us.
She was soon trending in Dublin.
Huston, the daughter of director John Huston, has a long history with Ireland having spent much of her childhood in her father’s estate in Co. Galway and filming Agnes Browne here.
The actress is currently promoting her new memoir, Watch Me.
